3. Contact with doctor, how experienced is your doctor?
4. Service package, what type of travel packages can they offer and what do they include?
5. Fees, what does the fee structure look like, are you able to cut some costs?
6. Contractual agreement, what does their contract look like?
7. Overall impression, how proficient are they in your language, working relation etc?
